 Why cant we keep the stress, anger ,anxiety away from our life?

Why cant we live without Stress ?why cant we live completely levitated from basic mind issues like stress or anger or anxiety or boring?
If we train our brain to not to go towards this feelings can we be a robot? But we don’t train our brain to follow certain rules in the life to live like a machine life?
We need to focus on work, each day performance improvement and each day achieve success.
To achieve a success or for your best performance we need our mental, physical, spiritual and surrounding levels at best for that particular time. But every minute it cant be the same due to many parameters are getting applied on that which keep the results varying.
Still, very few people succeed in that with their accuracy, but it cant be applied for major people count. Other way I would say that only 3% people achieve highest success and remaining 97% people face above challenges again and again.
My another question is that what is success? Is it to display that I am capable of performing well than someone else? Then Is it like only 2 type of peoples – 1 winner and another looser?
If we have this type of feeling 24 hours in mind since childhood then are we playing the fight in mind each and every minute? And are we getting trained for that? Means we are training our brain to fight for each and every achievement and if it does not happen we easily get into stress or anxiety or anger?
So does it happen due to bad practices which we applied from our childhood for a better life and better person? Or to have a fight in mind to think that I want to concur something every minute or achieve something big or biggest?
To explain my point :- If I want to mediate for 5 minutes and for that 5 minute I am completely silent and not thinking anything during that 5 minutes. But went I am out of that and remining 23 hours and 55 minutes I am keep on thinking of stress and anger and anxiety then will that 5 minute work will change my life?
I know to change a person to a completely another person if he apply in his daily life (24 hours) then he can get the difference rather than practice for 5 minutes and forget for hole day.
I know their a sentence called “ocean form by filling of unlimited drops”. But to do that their has to lot of buckets of waters consistent for many years, still not sure will a person can achieve in his life by doing this?
Then Question comes – Can we change the person by only 5 to 15 minutes activity?
I feel change has to be visible on paper and in work results then only it can be considered else it cant.
I have seen lot of training video and lots of motivation videos, but real change happens to very few count people and remaining staying in that puddle even after n-number of attempts. Then we provide the sympathy and say “you did not gave your best, do it one more try” and person again reset his thinking counter 0 and start and with all his hopes and with thinking of that he will succeed this time. But no one knows what is going to come in his life or he will be keep on trying and one day surrender and then try something else.
I do learned all this things in my own self-learning and realized that if a change need to be implemented on a greater level which change person all mental ,physical and spiritual level then it has to happen with him every day, every minute and every seconds.
