In simple term : If you understand this then you can apply it 100% in your life.
we are due to our own habits and our own belief system and our own perceptions. We develop our perceptions based on our experience and interpretation of a situation.
That means our results are actually output of our interpretation + perceptions + 5 sensors use.
You need to improve your awareness so strong that it will allow to you to push you to achieve Good Habits or Desire.
Do these activities for consistent for few days , you will see the improvement and CHANGE
As you are reading my message now , start this activity now , it takes only 5 minutes :
Take a pen and paper and close your eyes for 1 minutes , your surrounding should be silence, so you can concentrate
After 1 minute over , remind the thoughts or words came in your mind during that 1 minute. Note them on paper . Then bifurcate it between good and Bad.
Now Talk to your subconscious mind that i want incline towards good thoughts.
Now do this practice daily basis. it will show you in a month that ratio has been improved on good side.
2nd Practice : Take a pen and paper and note down what you had done yesterday, initially do it for 1 hours slot.
Let me give you the example : 7 am wakeup in the morning , 7am to 8 am done the morning activities
8 am to 9 am exercise.
9am to 10 am ready for office or done breakfast
10 am to 6 or 7 pm office work
7 pm to 8 pm travel back to home and tea or coffee
8 pm to 9 pm relaxing with family
9 pm to 10 pm going to bed ....
As you progress with this practice , reduce the time slot from 1 hour to 30 minutes then 30 minutes to 15 minutes.
