I know it is a big word... If you see a small tree in a drought then you will realize the sustainability power. If someone has faced a lot of setbacks, but still, he/she is able to fight and sustain then we feel his sustainability.
I have seen many setbacks in my life...but still I am fighting and crossing old borders... it is necessary to stay alive.
Everyone tries from his or her power to push further to have sustainability.
If you hit the ball from a bat with high power - it will sustain until Gravitational force attracts it towards itself. Similar to Bow and Arrow - once the arrow is out of the bow - then until it hits the target it is sustainable - it opposes the gravitational force and it wants to hit the Target.
Just think of it - you need more power to hit the Target than the gravitational force, so it will not drop before the Target achieve.
For all GOAL it is like that - if you saw your desire or fantasy in your mind, means your bow has already thrown out the arrow, and the ball has already left the bat. now you have to have the required power to hit the TARGET and enough courage, willpower, persistency, and burning desire not to let it down and continue the push to HIT THE TARGET.
A small tool can be used here to improve - every second, every minute. Use the torpedo mechanism - it sends the feedback consistently to the backend to confirm that it is not distracting from Target and avoiding too much right or too much left and most important not losing the speed due to Gravitation oppose.
