Here is the most important and more life-changing subject i am going to talk about with you today.
Is it Awareness !!!!
It tells you that you are alive on this beautiful planet. It is a marvelous thing in our life that we have the awareness to understand, express and interpret the thing. The awareness level completely depends on the existing information you learned and how share you are. But life awareness is more important where you would be able to find the answer to the above questions.
If you use your awareness for the above questions, then you would be able to see your results would be improving drastically.
Example - eating - if you are aware of what to eat and what not to? then you control your health.
Watching - if you control want to watch and what not to watch then you will control your mental health.
It is like a see-saw - we can move both sides, it depends on us to use the awareness to choose well for ourselves and our family and for the world.
Now let's look at daily basis - activities, how we woke up and what we do after woke-up, how we brush, how we do breakfast, office work, chit chats, everywhere it is needed.
We lose our awareness level if we are too much tired, So rest is needed to fill the tank of awareness for another beautiful DAY.
We should not allow cautiousness to take over the awareness, then it becomes a problem.
But we should be aware that what is happening near to me, ex. while shopping in the shopping mall, walking on the road, on a Bus or Train, or in the office.
Let's start from now to be 100% aware of what is happening surrounding ourselves.
